The computer is a 20th century life saver and still is. This innovation changed the lives of people, businesses, and industries throughout the world. Computers have given us easy access to information and knowledge, and they have made countless jobs much faster and easier. The computer in its earliest form was not much more than a calculator, solving one problem at a time and answer every question in a click of a button. As the computer was improved various tasks could be performed and more data and information could be stored into the memory banks. Today's software makes computer use easy. Information can be shared and we can learn from each other in a quick, easy, and affordable manner. This would not be possible without electricity because it powers everything. You could not use the computer without electricity, work at night, heat your homes, couldn’t drive due to accidents without lights, and cannot use air condition. Without electricity it is almost impossible to live our daily lives. Now, we can work longer hours because we can see at night, use computers, watch TV, reduce accidents, and much more. The 20th century creations have really improved our lives and continues to help us achieve our goals and resources.. Things have changed so much that we can even repair these innovations if they were even to have problems, in the past the computer would have to be replaced and when power goes out they can be worked on. Computers and electricity were just many of the 20th century innovations, but in my opinion were the most effective and important.
