3. Unleash workers’ imagination, ingenuity, and creativity.
This tip can be achieved by providing a better environment for employees to work at and having various kinds of activities during their work break. These really are efficient ways for employees to relax and trigger their creativity during a dull day of work. This relates to a concept in our course, that is “Satisfaction with work itself”. Employees will be activated by interesting activities during work time.
All above is likely to generate affective and continuance commitment of employee, because either way they connect with their coworkers better, having a better pay, and growing interests for their work so that they will have a higher possibility to stay in the company longer.
