Fdr's Four Freedom Speech

In our country, things change each and every year. Our world was set up to make new changes such as children’s educations, even the adults, technology, and even businesses. The one thing that everyone continues to focus on and hopes that it doesn’t change is, freedom. President Franklin D. Roosevelt, got up one morning to make a speech to the entire world of the United States. This speech was made specifically to those who clearly at the time didn’t understand the term “freedom.” The word freedom means to have the state of being free or at liberty rather than confinement or under physical restraint. Once before, Roosevelt stated that “So, first of all, let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is fear itself.” His meaning was that, you should not fear others but yourself. In this speech, which has the name as the Four Freedoms Speech, he stated multiple facts based on how he felt and his beliefs. One phrase that was stated in the Four Freedoms Speech was “The first is freedom of speech and expression-everywhere in the world.” The second phrase that was stated

If the world ever paid attention to each and every presidents’ speeches’ you would take to notice that “Freedom” has never went away. President Barack made a very good example in his statement stating “We believe that our citizens should be able to live free from fear. So, like generations before us, we stand united in the defense of our countries and those who would terrorize our people, or endanger the globe with the world’s most dangerous weapons.” His thoughts on terrorism has been made, but yet he still focuses on our freedom that we still wish to get.
