ABSTRACT
In this project, the students focused on designing and modifying a juice bottle. The bottles were chosen from the range of bottles available in todays market. The analysis was done by the help of Strand 7 software(FEA). The original base model was designed and analysed upon which three modifications were done to further improve the bottle design. The modifications done may or may not be as good as the base model. Some parts of the medications were good and some not so good when compared to the base model.
Moving on, our group managed to come up with three modifications. Theses modifications were done in consideration with the base model. The modifications were then tested usinf strand 7 and results were obtained. The results obtained were then discussed in the results section. According to the results the modifications were not as good as the base model but displayed good individual qualities which if combined could result in a much better design.
