Producing The Walking Dead spin-off entitled Fear the Walking Dead was a great idea. In that way, the showrunners can show the audience about a deeper story of the people who wanted to survive the worldwide zombie apocalypse. That idea alone was exceptional, but with these three reasons mentioned, it is agreeable that Fear the Walking Dead is better to end the second season and to discourage creating another season for the same deadening plot.
Stupid and unremarkable characters
The primary problem for Fear The Walking Dead Season 1 and Season 2 was that it showed the more stupid characters, not because they want to, but because that is how their script dictated.

showrunners has also failed to present the characters’ motive or feeling to counteract with the present situation, such as their desire to fight, to get some supplies, and other initiatives for survival. One report mentioned that AMC showed in The Walking Dead spin-off “are bunch of ragtag group of idiots keep making mistakes.” In fact, the review stated that it was better to see the Salazar Family survive than the Travis.
Failure to show in-between issues during the early zombie outbreak
Furthermore, the storyline failed to show the in-between issues during the early zombie outbreak towards the chaos brought by the apocalypse.
Neither of these were shown on the show, which made most of the viewers disappointed all the time.
Slow-paced episodes
In addition to the issues that were observable in the show was the “plodding, slow-paced show,” which everyone hated. Nobody wished to watch a boring show that earlier promised to have a more intense scenes like the recent South Korean blockbuster hit Train to Busan. However, this was not the case for Fear The Walking Dead Season 2. A review wrote that there were too many filler scenes that kept the series longer.
No zombies
Everyone knows that when the show entitled Fear the Walking Dead, it sounded obvious to expect zombies. Yet, this was not the current situation for the show. Surprisingly, there was no “walking dead” present in the entire series. Instead, this became a theoretical threat, which made it saddening.
Not worth everyone’s
while
Given these reasons, it seemed obvious that the Fear The Walking Dead Season 2 viewers will not fear than The Walking Dead series itself. Aside from that, the next season’s storyline is already predictable. As the reviews wrote, this show should have never existed on AMC and the showrunners should have focused on The Walking Dead series.
