CHAPTER I

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Great Serenity Inn is a beautiful place that is being situated in one of the most beautiful beaches in the entire Philippines the “Blue Lagoon” in Pagudpud. The Inn offers thirty individually furnished rooms that consist of a Suite Rooms, Deluxe Rooms, Family Rooms and an Economy Rooms. A complete Bed and Breakfast Inn with a full complimentary breakfast served each morning to our guests. Moreover, it has a restaurant that will cater the need for replenishment through the different mouth watering Ilocano cuisine and a mix of Spanish and American gastronomy. It also has a pool to cater the leisure and relaxation of the guests.

Great Serenity Inn aims to be one of the most preferred accommodations in the north, which will cater all kinds of guests who comes from different walks of life. As long as they are up to leisure and looking for a perfect place for relaxation, they are considered as such. It will have an eye catching signage that will alert potential customers and drop-ins for our existence. We will use the yellow pages to market our Inn, as well as the internet through the creation of our very own website which will focus on the feature the Inn has to offer. Its type of rooms will be displayed with its modernized décor as well as the outside of the Inn showing the beautiful man-made and natural gardens and views of the Blue Lagoon or also known as the Paradise Island of the North. Attractions are just a few miles away from the place but worry no more because of the shuttle bus of the Inn who will be driving and fetching the guests all the way from the Inn to the attractions and back to the Inn. Moreover, the establishment will be buying four “bangkas” for island hopping or simply sailing. This will be offered for free to our valued customers who keeps on coming back to patronize our establishment.

The Inn are owned and managed by six individual namely Neil John Garalde, Marvie Ganir, Flordelino Ganir, Clarife

    In July 1977, victor Herrera, chairman of the board of blue heights Realty & Development Corporation was anxious to laugh his company’s first big project. A mineral hot spring resort at Bucal, Calamba, Laguna. The major piece of asset which the company owned was a 2.2 hectare land in Bucal, calamba Laguna. Herrera inherited 1.5 hectares of the land from his father in 1974.
