Because our restaurant manager requires a new restaurant supervisor instead of a person leaving the job, I conduct a job analysis to assist selection.

JOB ANALYSIS QUESTIONNAIRE | JOB TITLE : Restaurant Supervisor DEPARTMENT : Hotel restaurant ANALYST'S NAME : Claire ANALYSIS DATE : 5th April | Purpose | What is the purpose of this position? | Responsible for assisting the restaurant manager in managing three different restaurants ; making sure efficient operation of the restaurant by organizing, directing and coordinating all activities; delivering hotel branding and hotel standards in a hospitable and professional manner. Restaurant supervisor is also responsible for the development and growth of the team, and the growth of sales and profit. | What is the employee in this position expected to achieve? | A standard hotel restaurant which customers feel welcome and important. Increasing of the team, sales and profit. Offer training, staffing and scheduling of team members. | Responsibilities | What are the important function of this job? | Offer training to the employees in service, sanitation, and safety procedures. Allocate duties and responsibility to the staff in according to the work requirements. Solve customer complaints regarding food service. Organize work rosters, splitting sales and expense by type of restaurant or activity.
