Secondly, the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, as opposed to the use of paper charts, is also essential as it will help in making sure that all the records are updated and completed at the right time. Additionally, the technology system at Featherfall should be aligned with the healthcare standards and regulations that have been put in place as industry standards such as the HIPAA.
