Title: An Indian Fast Food Restaurant “Parantha Express”
Nature: Food and beverages service
Rationale: To build a lasting brand that stands for affordable food and highest quality and customer service while introducing innovative ideas to the food culture.
Objective: To start an Indian fast food shop at Humber College, North campus by January 5, 2015 and to achieve a 20% sales by April 2015.
Specific – To provide an Indian fast food service to Humber North campus student.
Measurable – Business progress would be measured in terms of sales and customer feedback.
Agreed, Achievable and Attainable – Apart from fulfilling the market need of variety and cost effective food options, it targets a huge consumer/patron share of more than 60% of the campus.
Realistic – It caters for a market that is dominated by Indians, local and international students and vegetarians and is realistic as it involves low investment and high ROI on the same. As the food and beverage industry provides a profit margin window of 150-200%.
