There are many factors that can affect a woman's ability to get pregnant and have a baby. Sometimes uterine fibroids can cause difficulties for a couple to conceive. However, usually fibroids are harmless and couples have no significant infertility issues.
First, let's begin with a little explanation of what fibroids are and how they can affect conception.
