Introduction

VV “Tikves” AD Skopje is a wine producing company. The company is the largest winery in Macedonia, widespread on an area 100 000 m2. VV “Tikves” annually processes about 30 000 tons of grapes, produces 24 different types of wine, and sells products in Macedonia and more than 15 foreign countries.
The very first wine under the “Tikves” label is produced at 1912 and since then, “Tikves” start with cooperation with Greek spirits company ”Metaxa” and “Tikves” is licensed to produce under their label.
In 2003 the winery is purchased by the company “M6 Partners” who began investing and upgrading the facilities.
Financial decisions or decisions for budgeting are professional and competent decisions regarding the structure of sources for financing, in order to achieve optimal solutions “Tikves” working is organized through the following units:

The basic financial statements such as the balance sheet, income statement, cash flow report and statement of changes in equity, are extremely important source of information for a manager.
These reports gave sublimated accounting changes over one year, or reflect the situation at a given moment. The analysis of financial condition of “Tikves” is doing by examining the constitution elements from separate areas and reflects financial condition of the company. 1. Is the winery “Tikves” liquid? 2. What efficiency, how attractive “Tikves” uses the available funds? 3. How much the winey “Tikves” is charged and what

    * A balance sheet is summary of a company's financial condition at a specific point in time, including assets, liabilities and net worth. It allows the company to know what they have been paying for or what they owe out to people.     Company Vinakoper Ltd. is the largest wine producer in Slovenia; it has been producing top-quality and luxurious wines since its foundation in 1947. Even though the company was founded in 1947 it has centuries long tradition. The nobility and lavishness of the Vinakoper wine can be attributed to mentioned long tradition and specialization in oenology and viticulture in Slovenian Istria. The wine grows on undulating coastal hills on Istrian soil, which has specific characteristic. Those characteristics of the soil contribute to a diverse, sophisticated and in all ways special taste of Slovenian wine from the small coastal region called Slovenian Istria. At ten sunny wine-bearing locations, which extend over 590 hectares, Vinakoper cultivate various grape varieties. Many of them have become as characteristic as the autochthonous Refosco, the ruby-coloured jewel of a wine, and Malvasia. In the magnificent cellar, constructed from sandstone, which is typical for Istria, four million bottles of different wine sorts and varieties are produced annually. Vinakoper offers white, red and sparkling wine. Malvasia is offered in different varieties. In general it's a dry white wine however late harvested premium sweet Malvasia is also in Vinakoper's assortment. The company's flagship product is a red dry wine Refosco and the company is also frequently called the House of Refosco. As well as Malvasia, Refosco is also offered in a premium sweet version.
