Fine Dining Restaurant Case Study
The Client
The client, Mohammad Lee owns a Fine Dining Restaurant that is located near the seaside moreover is distant from other buildings. He is displeased with his current restaurant design and brand identity and wants an overall revamped furnished design for the reconstruction of a restaurant, as the client states that he finds the overall building layout to be unsatisfactory and inadequate.
He requests that the remodelled design to provide a contemporary and modern design twist with complementary light and dark colours that would attracts the public’s attention and compliments the seaside environment. He wants to include an observation view that stretches out towards the seaside, and further an exterior deck with varying shelters that is connected to the restaurant. Suggested presentation needs
The end product of the design plan should be a conceptual presentation that illustrates the restaurants characteristics of both interior and exterior views that will then be used to present the proposed end concept to the client.
Expectation and Constraints
The restaurants conceptual idea must implement both contemporary and moderns designs with light and dark colours that compliments the seaside environment and provide an observational view towards the seaside, an exterior decking that is connected to the restaurant and further provide an overall functioning space for customers and employees needs
Purpose
The functional purpose is to create a design plan that devises of both 2D and 3D examples to illustrate the overall presentation of the restaurant interior and exterior design for the clients understanding. The design must be well thought out to attain more returning customers; the families, tourists, couples and business associates
