CHAPTER 4: RECOMMENDATION

Based on our research, we would like to recommend a few things to Dutch Lady product. Beside that, from this recommendation, Dutch Lady can make an improvement from their product. The purpose of recommendation is to satisfy customer satisfaction. First, Dutch Lady should add more flavors to their product. Based on research that we have done, we can see that there are several types of flavor that Dutch Lady have to add. As a result more of the respondent would prefer to mix fruit flavors than banana, guava, mango and others flavors. In fact when Dutch Lady follow what the customers wants there are more people buy the product. Therefore, Dutch Lady should add more flavor to their product to satisfy customer wants. Dutch Lady also have to enlarge their product to become more wide. When Dutch Lady product become more wide, it can make the customers easier to find the product. Furthermore, Dutch Lady should be improved in term of packaging, reduce price, variety of flavor, taste, quantity and others. From our research with the questionnaire that given to the respondent more of them, they want Dutch Lady improve in reduce the price of the product. In addition, some of our respondent says that Dutch Lady should improve in term of taste. Beside that, Dutch Lady also should improve in term of quantity. Dutch Lady should focus on product that very important to a customer. Dutch Lady also can put budgeted product to brand product so that their consumer can follow up their finance management and enable to satisfy their need. By this, Dutch Lady can reach their vision and mission. Dutch Lady can ask or make survey to customer so that they can know what products are mostly needed from the customer.

CHAPTER 3: CONCLUSION

Based on the finding research of the customer satisfaction towards Dutch Lady Milk product, the following conclusion can be made. In conclusion we can see that all the respondent
