Folk Song Analysis

Barbara Allen: I thought this song was very different from the past songs that we have listened to because of the fact that it is a folk song. I feel that many people can relate to these types of songs because it has a nice melody and harmony.

Sones de Hausteca: This song integrated both the violin and the guitar into it. I thought that the range of melody was narrow. The first song was slower and seemed a bit calmer as to this song it felt a lot faster. These songs both to me have good staying power.
