Food Bank Questionnaire
The research will study the following key question: What factors are responsible for the increase in the number of the first-time food bank users in Ottawa? The research will further examine the socioeconomic and demographic backgrounds of the first-time food bank users. To administer the study this research will follow both the positivistic and the interpretive research approach to see both physical aspects and the social aspects of the population in Ottawa.
Furthermore, the changes of government that may affect people in order to increase rates of the first-time users of the food-bank in Ottawa. Therefore, this research will evaluate the food-banks by examining the socio-political perspective.

I will conduct a semi-structured face-to-face interview with each participant and the in-depth-interview with the program Coordinators. I will ensure informed consent; I will provide a detail description of the study to the participants, and a list of possible risks associated with the study. I will assure of confidentiality by signing a confidentiality agreement with each participant.
I will follow an interview guide. My semi-structured questionnaire will be followed by socio-economic and demographic information. The questionnaire or the interview guide consists of a combination of 25 open-ended and closed-ended questions. I will pre-test the interview guides before I conduct the actual interview. I will estimate 30 minutes interview to each participant.

First, I will transcripts all 50 questionnaires. The transcripts will arrange based on the major themes from the interviews. My study questions are consisted of close ended and the open-ended question, so I will use Microsoft excel to compile the close ended questions. I will follow the lecture 10 to compile all the qualitative data; coding that is identify the meaning units, assigning the category names to group of similar meaning, refining and reorganizing and deciding when to
