First you have to find a point that you want to make and write it down. You want to start off with a good topic that will grab your audience attention. You don’t want a subject that is too broad or too narrow. You also want to make sure are making a statement not a declaration on what your essay will be about.
Next you have you have to support your point with specific facts. Jot down several points and make sure you have enough details to stimulate the reader’s interest. You don’t want to be unclear on what you are trying to get across to your reader.
Then you will have to connect all your details together so that your reader will be able to flow easily through your essay. You want to make sure are using common methods of organization, transitions, and connecting words (Bethel University 2014 p.31). Make sure that everything is in order and in its right place.
Finally you will want to be able write a flawless essay without any mistakes. Make sure you use correct spelling and grammar, use brief words, and punctuations. You want to make sure that you look like you know what you are writing about and how to write it properly. Also make sure you proofread your work. Do that final check before turning in your work so that you can catch all of the small mistakes.
