A Good Essay Form
How to write good essay is perhaps the most important skill you can learn if you want to go to college. And not only is knowing how to write good essay important for getting into school, it's also a skill that will get you through college or university. It might even help you land a job after that.

Why is it so important to know how to write good essay? In the academic world, an essay represents your point of view. An essay is a form of communication; it is a way to say "I think...". A good essay works to convince your audience as though you were arguing with them in person. Because of this it's important to remember that you must anticipate your readers' questions, and you must take care to address any weaknesses in your argument.

The ability to formulate and articulate a good argument is the backbone of how to write good essay. And if you can learn these skills, they will take you far in the world. In a complex world, it's not enough to just say "I think so-and-so." People want to know why you think things, they want to see the logic and the observations that you used to come to your conclusions. This applies in person as well as in writing, but the best way to learn it is to learn how to write good essay.

Aside from strength of argument, a good essay also must be enjoyable to read. After all, you won't be able to show many people your unique take on the world if your readers need to take a nap before they've finished your intro paragraph. Once you have your argument mapped out, try and examine your essay with the critical eye of a reader. Not only should the logic of your argument flow well, but each paragraph should propel you (as a reader) toward the next. Clear argument and elegant language are the keys to success when it comes to how to write good essay.
