It is because of the kidneys that we enjoy normal sodium levels and safe blood pressure ranges. As well, the kidneys control the electrolytes in our blood and promote blood and bone formation via hormones. Above all, these organs filter and remove toxins via the bladder.
Gallbladder is a tiny sac. It stores bile when it gets released by the liver. Found just below your liver, gallbladder uses the cystic duct to release bile into the small intestines. Bile breaks down fatty foods. Unless it feels pain, most people don’t even know they have an organ as essential as the gallbladder. And when it is problematic,

The two lobes are separated by a band of connective tissue that anchors the liver to the abdominal cavity. The gallbladder, where bile is stored, is found in a small hollow on the underside of the…

Water is obtained from food, drink, and from reactions that occur in the body. The kidneys process and balance the amount of water that enters your system with the amount that is released. The digestive system helps rid the body of solid wastes, but some of the wastes in the blood are the remnants of the digestion of food products. For example, when amino acids are broken down by the body, ammonia (NH3) is formed. This product is so toxic that only small amounts can be tolerated by the body. The liver steps in and helps convert this poison to urea, a safer version of this waste product that can be easily removed in urine.…

This creates a slightly basic environment, meaning the semiliquid becomes alkaline. This is when the intestinal digestion begins. The pancreas secrets pancreatic fluid into the intestine. This fluid contains, Amylase, Trypsin, and Lipase. Amylase is released first in the fluid. Amylase breaks down starches into their component sugars. Trypsin hydrolyzes polypeptides, converting them into amino acids. Lipase breaks down fats into glycerol and fatty acids. The bile acids produced by the liver act as natural detergents to dissolve fat in water and allow the enzymes to break the large fat molecules into smaller molecules, some of which are fatty acids and cholesterol. Bile acids combine with the fatty acids and cholesterol and help these molecules to move into the cells of the mucosa. In these cells the small molecules are formed back into large molecules, most of which pass into lymphatic vessels in the intestine called lacteal. These small vessels carry the fat to the veins of the chest, and the blood carries the fat to storage depots in different parts of the…
