Gil’s Taste of Taos is a laidback Mexican venue that is open for lunch and dinner. The establishment is closed on Sundays and Mondays. It is a very cozy venue with outdoor seating. Families with children will be easily accommodated. Gil’s Taste of Taos is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Gil’s Taste of Taos is has many tasty options to eat up. Portions are very generous and the prices are reasonable. The chips and salsa are always a great starter and there are two kinds of salsa offered. The enchiladas are always a customer favorite. They are stuffed to the brim and come with a side of rice and beans. To end the meal on a sweet note, the sopapillas are lovely and come with an adorable honey pot and dipper.
