Glademe Alternate Ending
“Hear me the child of the sunlight,” said a voice in the darkness, “Long has your soul been denied. Take from me this last blessing, and see Glademere in full light!”
The darkness exploded into a thousand colors, with countless butterflies filling the air with rainbow light. Rosa hadn’t seen such a spectacular vision since the first time the virgin came to her many days ago, but the vision once again vanished as soon as it had come.
“Rosa? Are you awake?” whispered Aries.
She woke up to him nuzzling her with the tip of his wiry beard, still wrapped in his wings. Nothing seemed to have happened in the night. He truly never left her side, she realized. The air didn’t seem as cold anymore. It was as if the winter outside had suddenly vanished-or

Outside however, was a place that they had been to, long before. The gaping gates led out into a springtime forest of pine trees and hills. These were the woods of Glademere, the place they had left behind on Earth.
“This is impossible…We came back!” said Rosa in utter disbelief.
“These are your woods. We are near Glademere. This is the same spot,” he replied.
“God reunites those who love…I can hardly believe this!” she said, trying to hold back the countless emotions she was feeling in that moment.
“Rosa,” Aries said to her, “This is your home. Not this castle. You belong to Glademere. You belong to Earth, not Aeon. You belong to your virgin, not the Saintess Enoa.”
“Aries I don’t understand, what are you trying to say?” she asked.
“You said it. God reunites those who love. You love your family too. You need to go to them. I will not stop you,” he said.
“You’re letting me go? But what about you, Aries?” she began, “Won’t you be lonely here, with nothing to do but hunt? You’re my friend! I can’t just abandon

Tell me, what day is it?” Rosa asked him.
“April the tenth. You’ve been gone since Halloween night,” he replied.
“April the tenth…I’ve been gone so long,” she mused.
“Yeah! No kidding! Where the hell have you been all this time? And what’s with the famous text: ‘I’m alive.’ Your daddy the policeman looked for you all over since that night,” he said.
“My dad got the message. Thank goodness,” she sighed, “But you would never believe me if I told you where I’ve been all this time.”
“Nah. I probably wouldn’t. I’m just a truck driver,” he said back, “It’s a left here, right?”
“Yeah. My house is just down the street,” Rosa said to him.
He pulled over in front her front porch, and helped Rosa down from the truck. After she thanked him one last time, he gave her back the rose she nearly left on her seat. Soon after that, he sped away back into the town, and Rosa turned around to open the gate to her house.
“Raoff! Raoff!” something barked.
Her father had left the dog outside today. He was large animal, a huge brown Labrador named Spark. Rosa stopped down to greet him at once. The poor dog was absolutely restless, barking and jumping

Later that night, Ash quietly strolled through the streets with Pikachu on his shoulder after he departed the old schoolhouse, understanding his new life as a Reincarnated Devil and his role in Rias’ household. He paused briefly as he glanced up high at the gorgeous full moon in the night sky. ‘No doubt I can see better at night right now.’ He slowly glanced down at the strange map in his hand, which was given to him by Rias. Duane was somewhat conflicted with the demeanour of Daisy, and the mention of the Church. Whilst she appeared to be a party-pooper, and he believed he and Karmen would have enjoyed a much more fun night at a Motel, or at least he would have, particularly if he'd conspired to ensure the room contained only one bed, he was happy for the opportunity to receive a free night's board and lodging, and possibly some valuables to depart with. Though being told he'd sleep on the sofa had send a note of disappointment through him, it, and Kurt's mention of the church the next morning, also helped eased some of his worries about Kurt.…

Chica’s head rested in my lap while the rest of her was splayed out on the couch. She knew that there was the no couch rule, but Mark never really enforced it, so Chica would find always find herself comfortable on the couch. She was completely unaware of the puffs of fur she would leave behind everywhere she walked. Lucky for Chica, she was the cutest pup in the whole world so she and her fur could lay anywhere she wanted. I mindlessly rubbed her head as I took a sip of my tea and looked through the window into the backyard. The beautiful mountains of Los Angeles within view. I breathed out a sigh of happiness. The world was quiet and calm. A loud scream pierced the air, breaking the peace and quiet I was enjoying. Chica lifted her head and began to wag her tail, she knew that was her beloved owner screaming at some game.…
