Glucose Level: Mango Juice, Milk, Orange, Gatorade
The objective of this experiment is to measure which of the following foods and beverages will have the highest glucose level: mango juice, milk, strawberry, orange, Gatorade,and water. And to calculate if someone with low blood sugar needed a fast intake of fifteen grams of glucose (of the following foods), how much would that be. It was hypothesized that the mango juice would have the highest glucose level. The procedure of this experiment was making a scale out of six differently diluted cups, and measuring the glucose level of each cup, using test strips. After that each of substance’s glucose level will be measured, using test strips.
On average, the orange had the highest glucose concentration of .38% . Gatorade had the second highest
