Working for MVP, the line leader normally given his or her line a task to do. When the line leader is not present everyone just about knowing what to do but Mot thinks otherwise. Mot thinks he is the line leader even when the line leader is around. When Mot acts as if is the line leader, it sometimes causes a fuss with the other team members. Sabrina is quite opposite. Sabrina and Mot have their days simply because they are complete opposites. Even though Sabrina is quiet she stands up for the line. Others like Stacy and Nicole would push Mot was to do something that is not right. Sabrina spoke up when Mrs. Bertha was not there or just when Mrs. Bertha felt the need for Sabrina to speak up about something. Sabrina was always willing to help someone out but when it came to the horse playing or getting behind on the work she said something. For example, one day Richard gave all of the team members a task to do. The first thing the task was assigned Nicole and Stacy did not agree to it. I was kind of going with the flow because I did not want to cause any confusing going on. Mot came down and reassigned everybody on the line just to benefit Nicole and Stacy. Sabrina and Sharon got together and told Mot he should not have moved anyone because everyone would get in trouble. Eventually, Mot got in trouble with the supervisor who noticed some things wrong on the line. Age plays a huge rank in the factory because it goes by seniority. Mrs. Bertha is an older woman and people looks up to her on the line not matter who works on the line. Prior to my friend's age plays a huge role but it is rather to who has accomplished more. Karla is more of the clown in my selective group up friends and Mot is usually the clown in the work-force.
