After finished the teaching and learning process, something can reflect to develop my personally to be a HR professional. For the topic of Occupational choice, the social efficiency can be increased by my job can be best suited for my jobs based on my ability and job motivation. Choosing the job for me to invest a great deal of time, energy and also the money which would be the outcomes for the investment of this process.
