When working on this project I made a point of working diligently on what I was assigned. I finished all of my work on time, and whenever the group requested adjustments, I made the necessary changes promptly. I was prepared to help edit other group members papers and even did so out of school when I deemed it necessary. I was candid about anything that needed changing, but tactful. If a group member suggested any extra drawings (as well as the crossword) I was the one to do it. I feel that I pulled my fair share of work and was a positive addition to the group.

Kaitlin was an excellent leader, she completed all of her assigned tasks well and on time. Additionally she helped settle any discrepancies in opinion, and insured the group accomplished everything we needed to in a reasonable time. She kept a good pace for editing and had a clear agenda of what to get done each day. She was an excellent group member that I would be happy to work with again.

When we asked to make edits to her advertisements she took note of them and ended making the adjustments in the final paper (she was the layout editor). She was not incredibly involved in the editing process, and became distracted at multiple points through the process. Additionally her Sydney Carton Article was 100 words short on it's due date, but once we had made revisions to it and we required her to rewrite some sections, she made the necessary changes within a day. The formatting of the newspaper was done on time, and the group had a chance to make any last revisions to it that we desired before it was printed. She completed her role
