Usually, when I am put into a group at my school, my group works together well but we incorporate all of our ideas into the thing we are working on so that nobody is left out. If I was in a situation where groupthink occurs I may respond in two ways. The first way I might respond is to ask everyone if they feel like their opinions or thoughts are being heard by the group. If they told me that their thoughts were not being included, then I would ask the group if we could somehow involve other ideas into the work. The second way I might respond is not my ideal response but I could do nothing. I am a relatively shy person and I don’t like to cause drama, so if I was in a situation where saying something would likely cause problems within the group then I would avoid saying something. Plus, groupthink is not also a bad thing as I previously said, so in some cases, I may not need to say anything about
