According to the Jungian 16-Type Personality I was given was ENTP. E is Extroverted, N is Intuitive, T is Thinking, and P is Perceiving. I’m overall innovative, individualistic, versatile and entrepreneurial. ENTP’s are clever, quick thinking and verbal, a devils advocate, and at times neglectful of routine assignments and projects. A people person by nature, ENTP does thrive in social settings and enjoying conversation and debate. After taking this assessment and applying it to my personalities I can agree that this was a rather true to life personality type assessment. Given this assessment I have applied it to my own personality and behavior and can see a strategic advantage to knowing this. For example in my own personality and behavioral style I do enjoy interacting with various people whether it be socially or professionally. Being extroverted I find being around people to be energizing and uplifting. I tend to find myself easily bored when not stimulated by conversation or social activity. When I speak, I tend to formulate my ideas as I'm vocalizing them. I am not always quite sure of my ideas until I hear myself vocalizing them. I also enjoy debating and playing devils advocate in a sense to make people think and interact with me as well. I will get into a healthy debate with a friend or colleague just for the social and verbal interaction. Innovative by nature, I tend to be ahead of times when it comes to personal styles, ideas, and trends. I'm always looking for a new style, technology, or idea to formulate into a tangible project. I often find myself coming up with ways to improve the technology I personally own by implementing new software and/or hardware. Also at times I do find myself neglecting projects that should be completed due to my constant over thinking the project as a whole. After reading and analyzing all of the information and comparing it to my own
