Britain’s had two mass shootings and Australia’s had one mass shooting since gun control laws became strict and made access to guns much more difficult. In 2017 alone, America had 345 mass shootings. Yet America continues to cling on to our roots of our country’s Second Amendment, the right to bear arms, because many claim people will find other ways to achieve access to guns if we were to enforce gun control laws, even though evidence shows there is effectiveness in those laws.
