Gym Goals Research Paper
This year I have several goals that I have to make sure to accomplish and keep. I think setting goals is important because they help you stay focused on what you would like to achieve. This year I plan to join a gym, change my attitude, and find somebody that's good for me. My first goal is to join a gym. The reason I would like to join a gym is so that I can get back in shape. I'm going to get back in shape. I am going to get back in shape by drinking flat tummy tea at least twice a day. The second thing i'm going to do to stay in shape is to go to the gym to exercise three times a week. Lastly, I will make sure to eat healthy and make sure I watch the calories that I rake in per day. By doing and completing all of this, it will make me feel more confident about myself. THe person that I am is not who I want to be sometimes. I will start by being nice to other people. Also I will start thinking before words come out of my mouth. The last thing that I will do to change my attitude is just to stay out of trouble. If I complete this it will make me a better person. Also, it will make people want to be around me more, and I will be a better person. My last goal is to get into a good relationship. I would like to meet someone new that understands me for who I am. This goal isn't going to be easy cause a lot of people don't understand me, but as I had said in my second goal paragraph about my attitude will help out alot. The first thing I plan on doing is going to surround myself around positive people. Another thing I am going to have to do is top being so rude and mean to everyone I meet. The last thing I will do to meet and get to know a new person that's going to like me for myself and that going to treat me well.
