Referral awards are presented only for new appoints to organizations that take part in the Referral Awards Program. To be worthy of an employee referral award, a candidate must be appointed into a regular, full-time position. The referral is effective for 365 days from the time it is received. If the candidate is not appointed, they may resubmit their resume as new positions become available regularly. You are not qualified for a referral award if one of the following applies: You make a referral to an organization that does not take part in the program. You work in a Human Resources hiring or recruitment role. You have reached the director level or above at the time the referral is made. You are directly or indirectly involved with the appointment choice. The applicant will be reporting to you. The applicant is a family member or that of a current applicant awaiting employment with CSC. The applicant is a current CSC employee or is a previous worker who has been discharged from CSC within the last 12 months. The applicant is a current or former CSC contractor or was transferred to CSC as an employee of a predecessor company. The applicant works as a contractor or conditional worker providing services to CSC or is employed by a CSC client company. The alliance arrangement covers implementation services and an international reseller arrangement for the Cordys Business Operations Platform.
