The Country of choice will be China; location is the city of Macau, which is an established trading center in Southeast Asia. B. Major Cross-Cultural Issues and Impacts: There are some marketing aspects to consider. Our approach must be culture sensitive to be successful. Insulting anyone in our business relations for work in China could end the deal or cause unnecessary delays. It is vital for all personnel involved in this venture to train with care in the marketing and cultural behaviors of the Chinese. Culture is a major issue and the company must be meticulous with training in order to be accepted. The Asian cultures are very careful about not losing face and this is critical. Modern Halloween has become less literal about ghosts and ghouls and more about costumes and candy. The holiday is overflowing with action on its reserved night. Kids are so anxious to drag their parents out the door, show off their creative costumes, and ring their first doorbell for a fun-filled night of trick-or-treating as soon as the dismissal bell for school rings. High school students wait until the whole group of friends is together before they head out into the misty darkness with only the flickering street light to guide them. Meanwhile, adults are sipping on their witches brew at a local party or nightclub.…

As I drive up to the Stone Center, I notice there were people and children already here. When I walk inside the Stone Center, there were Halloween decorates all over the place. The tables were cover with a black cloth, orange Halloween bucket filled with crayon for the children, and Halloween coloring books on the tables. Don't get me start on the food. The smell of the delicious food reminds me of my mother homecooked meal and the cupcakes look beautiful with orange frosting and colorful, Halloween sprinkler on top of it. As people started coming in, I got to worry that we didn't have enough chairs as so many people there was.…

On the day of Halloween, my family and I decided to attend one of the many things to do in El Paso which was a fall festival. We had a lot of fun playing games, getting on rides, and eating delicious food. We heard of these types of events once in a while but we never knew that they were so fun. While Halloween is one of the most looked forward holidays, many people are stuck with the idea that on Halloween haunted houses, trick or treating, or parties are your only options. This leaves people believing that El Paso is too boring, even on an eventful day such as Halloween. My family and I had the freedom to choose one of the many things to do on Halloween, and the Fall Festival was a very pleasant…
