Halloween Informative Speech

I saw this post on and it was about how Halloween decorations in Ohio were to scary. Like really? I could put up Halloween decorations and have people complain they are to scary? People need to realize it is Halloween is a scary holiday that is the point to scare you. If I put those decorations up I wouldn't take them down until after Halloween was over. I don't know the full story but I know people in the community were complaining about this Halloween decorations of these people now I don't get why people complain about Halloween decorations I mean you are supposed to scare that goes away on Halloween those with the whole point is of Halloween I read this on the Internet somewhere that they were complaining and my first thought is why?
