Human resource management is a very important position in the healthcare field. A human resource manager is responsible for communicating with employees and employers and runs the daily human resource operations in the health care facility where they work. Human resource managers act as mediators for employee/employer issues and answer employee questions about compensation, health benefits or company policies and regulations. Healthcare facilities would have a hard time operating without the guidance and responsibilities of a human resource manager.
