Healing Support Heroes Research Paper

Hello Peter (or so I presume is your name based on the email address), I am an avid overwatch player who tends to focus in on support heroes such as symmetra, mercy, ana, and zenyatta. While I was perusing (such a fancy word) your articles, which by the way I enjoyed thoroughly and can't wait to apply to my own games, I found a lack of information regarding the support (healing) heroes that I tend to play. My suggestion is an article about these heroes, aimed towards people who do not play them.

For example, in competitive (In which I am platinum, no idea why this is relevant but I guess I felt a need to inform you?) my win percentage is statistically horrific with my healing heroes if you compare it to my dps, defenders, tanks, and even non-healing support heroes
This concept applies to the versatile support hero zenyatta as well, as if you are not in his line of sight you might as well not tell him at all. Not to mention that the zen you informed now not only has to worry about healing his teammates, discording, and attacking them, and keeping his positioning in line, but also when you will reveal yourself long enough to allow him to heal you.

So don't be that guy, and learn how certain healers work, as your very life (or maybe just your sanity) might depend on it!
