Health Care Coordinator: A Case Study

Based on my current job as a health care coordinator, I believe is my responsibility to promote core similarities that all cultures share, I am big believer of one culture is not better than another culture, but I understand there are difference exist among cultures. Purnell model created the effective cultural competence, that improves the patient cares “improve the care of patients for whom they care” (Purnell, 2013). Most of the time I focus on learning culture, because is ongoing process that is not ending, because culture has a powerful influence in our life.
