Most people mistake that diet is not important for a healthy life style. which infact is not true. Latest studies have proved that diet is the most important factor for a healthy living style of human being.

Vegetarians and their counter parts both have to maintain a balanced diet in order to attain a healthy life cycle.

All that data got transmitted to an accompanying app in the form of pretty and easy-to-read graphs, which made it super easy for us to follow our progress. (We're saying this as the math averse, who struggle to split the bill at dinner.) And the Smart Body Analyzer is, well, smart. It recognizes up to eight users and transmits each individual’s specific data to his or her mobile device. We'd say that's weigh way cool.

Let’s face it: Summer is over. And while the season technically doesn’t end until September 22, once Labor Day rolls around, outdoor happy hours, summer Fridays, and pretty much all fun seems to come to an end.

But just because it's customary to trade in cut-offs and piña coladas for pumpkin spice lattès and flannel doesn’t mean we can’t carry the spirit of summer year-round. In fact, what better way to keep the season alive than indulging in a few frozen desserts?

Be careful to avoid sodium- and sugar-filled brands, but low-sodium, natural, or lightly-flavored options are a great source of protein.
