Healthy Lifestyle: School
In the twenty-first century, many students live in ways that can harm their bodies and their lifestyles. As the years have progressed, since the beginning of time, the lifespan of human beings have digressed in living a long and prosperous life. Although our physical lifestyle needs are important to keep ourselves healthy, our mental lifestyle needs are important to be kept healthy as well. It is important that students are to have a healthy lifestyle for school to help them stay focused, energized, and prepared for a successful and happy future.
First and foremost, it is important that students are focusing and paying attention during school hours, especially when they are learning something new. When students are able to stay focused, their grades will most likely not be affected and they will feel prepared as they pay attention to what is going on around them and in the classroom. Students will be able to get their education unlike times when they are unable to focus and drift away from the class, thus keeping them from succeeding. Staying focused is great during school hours, but it can help out students outside of school when they are working on homework or studying for a major test. The best way to stay focused is having plenty of rest and eating something for breakfast. The brain will be able to function well and do the tasks that the day will bring. This is one of many reasons on why having a healthy lifestyle is so important.
At the same time, students need to have energy and have a positive attitude that they are prepared to learn and are ready for the day. When students come to school with no motivation to learn, they might as well just not to school at all. When students do not care about their education then their lifestyle is unhealthy. With a positive attitude it can help students to be motivated and socialize with others as well, which has its benefits. With energy and positive attitude students will be able to have much company around them due to

    The biggest problem most school encounter is not supplying enough air circulation thought out the school, this is often times to a lack of funding. As a result outdoor air supplies per person in classrooms are often so low that carbon dioxide (CO2) levels are well above the recommended 800-1000 (ppm) causing poor air quality (P Wargocki, 2002).
