In sum, today students are in crises, and youth workers should be out there looking for them. Sometimes, having a desire to give a helping hand cannot be enough for the student to receive any help. This is why youth workers should grow spiritually and build an upright character in order to be the right person for a student. Not only that, youth workers should have a fully understanding of a number of possible crises and then they can take a proper action embracing the problems that teenagers suffer.
