I first started these “two a days” my freshman year of highschool entering a new wrestling program. My body couldn't handle it at all the only thing that was keeping me to go was my strong mindset and dedication. After the first couple of weeks my body got adapted to the tough damage that was happening to my body.
It was a saturday morning practice we had been conditioning all practice to the point where …show more content…
we all wanted to pass out and give up due to running so much and our coach had said “strong mindset+dedication will equal to a state title one day. You guys may not see it but i do in each and everyone of you guys.”(chris Benicki, BC wrestling coach). This Is the reason i push myself to the max because I have coaches that care about me and are wanting the best for me to see me one day to be a state champion.
Isn't always easy to be able to be dedicated with school being in the way.
Being a student athlete is hard to do, but as students education comes first and if that means staying up till 12 to do homework every day and only get 5 Hours of sleep is just the price you have to pay to reach my goal.
Doing a sport is always best to have the people who you love and support you to meet the goal that is stuck with me. Such as family and friends they are always are there to help me get better and learn threw my mistakes. I wouldn't want to reach my goal without them being by my side and I thank them for that.
Through blood sweat and tears And meeting hell when i'm close to give up isn't me. Dedication and pushing past my limit to become better and come closer to my goal. When having the right mindset i guarantee nobody could stop me from reaching my goal and the people that are right there beside me are the one to thank for the thrill of the ride. This is just the beginning to big moments in my life thanks to mindset and
dedication
