This presidential election may be one of the most important because of the two people who are running for office, Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. Those aren’t the only two in office, but these are the two that are mentioned the most because they are making the biggest stand in American history. This election will not be a Obama and Mitt Romney, will affect the lives of many people. It will have an impact on young kids’ lives, people who are poor, people are rich and even those who are in the middle. Donald plans to help better the VA’s and help them with small income on money or with the food they eat or where they sleep. He plans to go by and pick up every homeless veteran and help them get a home in the VA or wherever they need to go. Donald is showing his true colors of our nation by not only helping veterans get out of poverty, but help the ones who are already in a home but can hardly have enough food to live off of for a week. Our nation couldn’t of gotten to where it is today if it were not for our troops who fought and died. That’s something everyone in this country has forgotten. Everyone has lost respect for our veterans because they think that they are superior when if you were to be real about it, our veterans and currently serving men and women are the reason why we can get up every morning and feel safe about going to work or taking our kids to school. If Hillary were to win, we would walk into this whole new crisis with money and violence. Based on the way he wants to face the issues of education, foreign policy, and immigration, compared to Hilary Clinton and her way to face the issues it is clear to me now that Hilary Clinton is a better choice for presidential office than Donald Trump.…

Fiorina is second in the polls right behind Trump at first. Fiorina is a former business CEO of Hewlett-Packard. Trump is a real estate developer, TV star and a successful businessman. Where both candidates are Republican’s they will agree on some topic but will differ in the way they agree and the way they would handle each issue that America in facing as of now in the 21st century.…

Right now, America's system is an antiquated and obsolete process which allow a Candidate to win even if the majority of people voted against them. This happened in the 2016 Presidential Election. Over the history of the 56 U.S. elections, five of them have resulted in the less popular Candidate winning. If you work out the percentage of mistakes, is an 8.9 percent failure rate. This is an abysmal percentage of failure for one of the most powerful nations in the world. According to politico.com, Hilary Clinton won the popular vote by 1,031,246 votes. Because of the Electoral College, though, Donald Trump is our new president-elect, despite most people not wanting him to win. The fate of America, along with countless other countries that will be influenced by it, will be decided by a system that will not elect the president that most people voted…
