Why did Hitler rise to power? Hitler rose to power just before World War II. I am going to tell you the many reasons for this and about Nazi Germany under Hitler’s power. Hitler was a brilliant speaker. His way with words was a way that could hypnotize any person into believing that his ideas were the best ideas that anyone has and that they should follow him. However, his ideas are now considered very very evil. His speeches may not have been good ideas but what he did was came in at the right time for him, after World War I was over and Germany was in crisis. His speeches were given in public places that were able to hold a substantial amount of people. What he said brainwashed the people of Germany. His ideas about Nazi Germany and what he said made people think better of it, he said that they would provide essential things, and therefore over time, increased his popularity and ranked up within the Nazi status. His idea about Hitler Youth was a very big hit over Germany. Even though only 25% of
Germany’s boys joined, that was a lot of children for his future army. They were put through a lot of training to make sure that they were the best that they could be. In his advertisement for
Hitler Youth, he said that they would get to go on fun expeditions and climb mountains, none of which actually happened. Hitler had a private army called the SA, or Stormtroopers. These were a group of ex soldiers and thugs who were hired to take out anyone who Hitler felt that he couldn’t trust with something. People were afraid of these people and therefore didn’t do anything that would displease Hitler. They all wanted to make him think that he could trust them and that they were good Nazi citizens. These are just some of the reasons why Hitler rose to power, he made people afraid.
