In this assignment I will be attempting to provide information based on the History of the Homeland Security. I will be attempting to discover the inception of the organization and why it was created, I will be attempting to provide information to the reason why it was created and its intended purpose as a Government funded Federal Agency.

Atta being an Egyptian born native and an Officer in the Egyptian army was a firm believer in the terrorist group known as the Islamic State. The Egyptian President even warned us about Atta being part of a terrorist group, and taking aid from him or training him in the United States Army, but the U.S. Government failed to listen and failed to prevent 9/11, because after the events of 9/11 Federal agencies linked Atta to the events of the World Trade Centers, AL Qaeda, and the information and training to operate an aircraft. If we look back in time in the United States history the Constitutional Rights was first created and called the Articles of Confederation in 1777, by thirteen states. It was known in that era that a stronger government foundation was needed to insure the federal government did not have too much power, and it was not until Constitutional Convention in 1787 did the people of the United States have what they needed in their
