Homeless Problem
One problem that persists through every corner of the world is a lack of resources and compassion for the homeless. Due to this problem, most people are too careless or too lazy to make donations. Homeless people are also often not aware of job opportunities or inexpensive homes in their area.
My creation essentially fixes, or at least eases this problem.
I would string a long piece of wire through an empty egg carton and suspend it from a short tree or pole in a city. Under the egg carton, I would hang a bucket from the wire. Lastly, I would plaster a bumper sticker reading "For the Homeless" onto the front of the bucket.

For those who are worthy of help, we can encourage them to work. A brilliant idea that I found is created by Christopher Awalt. He said: “Offer him a hard day's work for an honest wage, and see if he accepts. If he does, tell him you'll pay weekly, so that he will have to work for an entire week before he sees any money. If he still accepts, offer a permanent job, with taxes withheld and the whole shebang. If he accepts again, hire him.” This idea can motivate the homeless and guide them to go back to the normal life. Moreover, the people who cannot offer a job for a homeless, we need to respect them and we can give them some food or some books. Knowledge is powerful, if we give them some inspirational books, they might regain the confidence and come back to the normal life.…

Homeless people have the tendency to treat the streets of cities like their personal homes. It’s only natural that they do this because hey, the streets are their homes. In New Orleans, you can spot a homeless person at every corner. Some are overly dressed for the long cold nights. Others, can’t even afford any type of clothes. Many of these homeless people carry a piece of cardboard asking for money or food. Occasionally, someone will stop and give them money with the uncertainty that the money will be spent on drugs or alcohol. What people fail to realize is that one simple act of kindness can change a person's day.…

The world has so many problems that seem unrealistic to fix; poverty, bullying, terrorism global warming it’s overwhelming. Most people believe that homelessness is one of those but they are wrong. The solution to homelessness is to put the homeless people in homes. Specifically foreclosed homes. The ratio of foreclosed homes to homeless people in the United States is about six to one. Every single homeless person in the United States could be housed in a foreclosed home and there would still be thousands of foreclosed homes in America. These houses are costing states and banks money and they are not being put to use. The banks should be able to sell these homes and make a profit but due to the recession in 2008 where thousands…

As a society, we need to find solutions to the ever-growing homeless situation in our country. The homeless rate in the United States is increasing; homeless shelters are rapidly filling up causing them to turn people away. By creating lower income housing while at the same time, creating a work program to help the homeless get back on their feet will help to decrease the rate. Although some of the homeless do not want help, they are happy with the lifestyle they live. I heard someone say once that the homeless that do not want any help are what he calls home free instead of homeless. Whether it is drugs or alcohol, these people do not normally go to the homeless shelters.…
