Abstract
This research deals exclusively with homosexuality and discrimination in the Caribbean. The study also examines the negative effects of homosexuality on heterosexual marriages which can a contributing factor to divorce. It not proven statistically due to it illegality nevertheless, it is a known fact in the Caribbean. In addition, the statistics that are presented clearly highlights countries where homosexual marriages are recognized for example Aruba and Cuba. This can only show that the legalization of homosexual marriages is in the near future. However, the statistic on the other hand, also proves that homosexuality in countries such as Barbados, is strictly prohibited and can also result in life imprisonment, or in some countries up too twenty five years hard labour.
