Militarism

Militarism was one of the major causes of WW1 because of the recent industrialization of countries. Now that countries industrialized the could mass produce weapons for their military. This caused an arms race between the countries for who had the best military. document K is a chart that shows the growth of the military between the 2 sides of WW1

Imperialism was a major cause because of the fight for colonies. Colonies served a big part in countries. In document P it shows a chart of how many colonies each country had around the world.
