How Did Rome So Hard To Build A Roman Empire
The Roman Empire grew to be so huge. Rome soon covered most of Europe, North Africa and a little bit of Asia. From getting one message from one side of Rome to the other took even up to a month to get delivered. It was so hard to rule the empire because it had grown so big. Most of Rome was doing whatever they wanted because Rome was so hard to rule.

There were so many problems with Rome including the fact that it was so big. One emperor tried to fix this and he was Emperor Diocletian. He decided that the only way to fix this was to divide Rome into two parts. One part of Rome was Eastern Rome and one was Western Rome. There would be two emperors one for each part and they would work together to fight off other enemies.
