How did the employee establish a rapport environment?
Why the employees need to establish a rapport environment? It’s because it can assist to establish mutual respect and friendly relationship between customers and service providers.

The Behavior of staff and manager in L'EAU restaurant can fully show the well performance in establish a rapport environment.

A sincere, warm welcome can make the difference between a satisfied and unsatisfied customer. When we arrived to the L'EAU restaurant, a restaurant made us a warm greeting with smile immediately and said " Hello, welcome to L'EAU restaurant. Are you enjoying your day?”This made us to establish a positive Impression against restaurant at the beginning.

During the high tea buffet, I note that the restaurant manager always walk through the floor and try hard to answer question for customers. For example, there are a couple sit nearby me. I heard that the gentleman have several question such as the Credit card discount, Variety of food …something like this. The manager not only answers their question and also led them to the buffet corner.

Within some minutes leave when our high tea buffet coming to the epilogue. The manager approached our table and said "how about the performance of the food?",
“Are the cuisine suitable for your taste?” He made us feel his genuine service from his heart. In addition, he also gave us some suggestion “the Wagyu in our restaurant is very popular, I strongly recommend that you should try it” As the customer, I felt the manager treated us as a friendly relationship so I’m willing to visit this restaurant at the next time.

    Reflecting from my management shift, restaurant manager has many different kinds of important tasks and responsibilities in the restaurant. Restaurant manager plays an important role in the hospitality and food and beverage department as they can motivate the staff and maintain the high quality service which will help the business run successfully. If I left the booking slots thee way they were, waiters would have needed to pick up tables in 10 minute gap. A manager should manage and check every time whether staff are doing the right thing. After food briefing, manager should check that all staff are familiar with the menu and kitchen abbreviations as well as the price for each dish.…
