When we arrived to the L'EAU restaurant, a restaurant made us a warm greeting with smile immediately and said " Hello, welcome to L'EAU restaurant. Are you enjoying your day?”This made us to establish a positive Impression against restaurant at the beginning.
During the high tea buffet, I note that the restaurant manager always walk through the floor and try hard to answer question for customers. For example, there are a couple sit nearby me. I heard that the gentleman have several question such as the Credit card discount, Variety of food …something like this. The manager not only answers their question and also led them to the buffet corner.
Within some minutes leave when our high tea buffet coming to the epilogue. The manager approached our table and said "how about the performance of the food?",
“Are the cuisine suitable for your taste?” He made us feel his genuine service from his heart. In addition, he also gave us some suggestion “the Wagyu in our restaurant is very popular, I strongly recommend that you should try it” As the customer, I felt the manager treated us as a friendly relationship so I’m willing to visit this restaurant at the next time.
