Since the Mongols were reliant on trades they worked to increase the status of merchants. brought about great wealth to the Chinese. These beneficial impacts was also very evident in Russia. When the Mongols first invaded Russia, the economy was not very stable unlike China. The Mongols then introduced Russians to the use of paper money which aided in the stabilization of the Russian economy and from being a victim of depression.
