According to document 4 the explain how the Treaty of Versailles limited Germany's army to 100,00 men, and also made Germany pay reparation to the winning side. So basically the government was negatively affected because Germany was blamed for the war. Document 4 says “Germany accept the responsibility of Germany and her allies for causing the loss and damage.” They are basically saying that one of the reasons why Germany was affected politically was because all of WW1 was blamed on them.
Lastly, because of WW1 Germany fell into economic ruins. In document 1 they said “The Treaty includes no provision for the economic rehabilitation of Europe” They are basically saying that no help will provided for Germany and other countries in Europe to rebuild lost property, which put Germany and other countries in economic ruins. In document 6 they show the money spent in different countries Germany spent around 39 billion dollars, which is the most out of all countries involved. This means that Germany spent so much for the war, which backfired because they lost the war and had to pay for all damage which put them in economic ruins.
In conclusion, Germany was harshly affected by WW1 in many ways. Not only was Germany harshly affected but they were all so wrongly affected. Germany was blamed for everything, they may have ended it but they didn't start it. After World War 1 Germany was socially politically and economically
