If we were to instead focus on what we owe each other and other animals, our relationships become a more central concern. What we can do to implement change on animal abuse is we can start by educating society on becoming familiar with the laws regarding animal mistreatment, how to recognize what's considered as abuse, and taking the steps necessary to report it to authorities. This can be achieved simply by calling the local police department. 2. Whether it's direct abuse with the intent to cause harm to an animal or even neglect, these are the two most common acts that we need to take into consideration. We can start this change by providing documentation on the details of the act such as location, date of occurrence, and as many details/descriptions that we can take note of.
