How Effective Is Internal Or External Locus Of Control?
Locus of control refers to “Locus” – position, point, place or location. This refers to either internal or external locus of control.

Internal locus of control: People who base their life success and failures as havening control over it or refers to it as it is because one’s own hard work or mistakes and takes responsibility for it.

External locus of control: People who base their success and failure on outside influences or blame fate, luck or other people for it have an external locus of control.

People can have an internal locus of control for positive outcomes, thus believing they have control over their success and they work hard for it, but then blame others when things go wrong or blame fate for negative happenings. For the most
