INTRODUCTION
1.1 What is organizational behavior?
Organizational behavior is a field of study that devoted to understanding, explaining, and ultimately improving the attitudes and behaviors of individuals and groups and structures in human behavior with organizations. It is an interdisciplinary field that includes sociology, psychology, communication, and management. Organizational behavior complements organizational theory, which focuses on organizational and intra-organizational topics, and complements human resource studies, which is more focused on everyday business practices. Whenever people interact in organizations, many factors come into play.
The subject of Organizational Studies attempts to understand and model these factors. It is becoming more important, because people with diverse backgrounds and cultural values have to work together effectively and efficiently. Organizational behavior seeks to emphasize the understanding of behavior in organizations, in which to develop competencies in foreseeing how people are likely to behave. This knowledge can help in controlling those behaviors that are not befitting the objectives of the organizations. Factors such as objectivity, reliability and sustainability are important while selecting the methods for this purpose. Questionnaire, interview, simulation and survey are play a very important role and used to elicit responses of individuals located in different types of organizations. To a large extent their personalities affect the nature of their responses.
1.2 What is personality?
Almost every day we describe and assess the personalities of the people around us. Whether we realize it or not, in some ways we are all the same. We all have the same human nature. We share a common humanity. We all have human bodies and human minds, we all have human
